Welcome to Register2Dance.com! Over the years, I've been building up a set of tools to help some friends who are dance organizers more effectively and efficiently manage their events, including online registration. The feedback from everyone has been so positive, that I've re-written all of the tools so that any dance organizer can use them.

Features

Register2Dance.com is designed explicitly to support dance organizers in putting together dance events. I've included several tools to do this:

• Online Registration
  Register2Dance.com manages all of your online registration needs. Your dancers pay you through Amazon.com.
• Manual Registration
  Since it's easiest to maintain your records in one central place, you can manually add dancers to any event in Register2Dance.com, even if they pay you some other way.
• Automatic Confirmation Emails
  Register2Dance.com can send confirmation letters to your dancers automatically, or you can manually send confirmation letters with only one click.
• Class Rosters
  Register2Dance.com generates rosters for all of your classes.
• Email Lists
  Using Register2Dance.com you can send emails to dancers registered for your events.
• Income and Expense Management
  In addition to providing you with reports about your online registration, Register2Dance.com allows you to enter other income and expenses related to your events. By doing so, you'll be able to see all of your income and expenses in one consolidated report—a useful thing around tax time!

Fees

Of course, good things always have a price. Register2Dance.com charges you 5% + $0.50 whenever someone registers for one of your events. Most of this fee is passed along to Amazon.com to handle the payments. However, there's no cost to create an account and try out Register2Dance.com. You'll only be charged fees when your customers actually register for an event. You're not charged anything unless you're actually making money!
